Two days, your team, your location, we come to you!

With this option, we bring SPARK directly to your school or organization for private, two-day training built entirely around your people. Choose in-person at your location or live over Zoom, either way, your trainer brings everything needed for a focused, strength-based experience.

Day one is for you. We break down the program's foundations: resilience, state of mind, separate realities, the thought-feeling connection, and the unbreakable SPARK every person carries. Most people leave day one seeing themselves a little differently than when they walked in.

Day two is implementation. You'll get into the curriculum, run the activities yourself, teach pieces back in small groups, and walk through the best strategies for rolling SPARK out in your school or organization. By the time we wrap, you'll have actually experienced the SPARK program.

What makes this option different is the focus. It's just your people, in your context, working through what SPARK looks like specifically for the kids and community you serve. Our trainers use an asset-based approach, building on the strengths and potential already in your team rather than starting from scratch.
