Overview

General Sales Policy: All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and services, including licenses, digital content, training programs, and event registrations, we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase has been made. If you have questions prior to purchasing, we encourage you to reach out before completing your order.

License Policy

All license sales are final and non-transferable. The SPARK Initiative offers two license types:

Individual License — Issued to a single practitioner for personal use of IWB curriculum, programming, and materials. This license is non-transferable and may not be shared, reassigned, or used on behalf of an organization.

Organization by Site License — Issued to a single physical location (e.g., one school building or office site). This license covers authorized use of SPARK curriculum or IWB curriculum, programming, and materials at that location only and may not be extended to additional sites.

All licenses are subject to annual renewal. Use of SPARK & IWB materials beyond the license term without renewal constitutes unauthorized use.

Curriculum Kits & Lesson Supplies Policy

All Curriculum Kit and Lesson Supply orders are non-refundable once shipped. Fulfillment is limited to verified license holders. License verification is completed on our end after purchase — orders placed without a valid license on file will be automatically refunded and will not be fulfilled.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us so we can resolve the issue through a replacement or correction. Refunds are not issued for damaged or incorrect orders.

Training & Event Registration Policy

All training and event sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds or store credit for purchased tickets or registrations. However, registrations may be transferred to another individual, provided the transfer request is submitted at least 7 days prior to the event. In the event that SPARK cancels an event, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Physical Product & Apparel Policy

All physical product and apparel sales are final, unless an item arrives damaged, or an exchange is requested. Exchanges on apparel are accepted within 7 days of receipt and are eligible for exchange or store credit if unworn and unwashed with tags attached. If any physical product arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 business days of receipt to initiate a replacement. To request an exchange or report a damaged item, please email us at Orders@thesparkinitiative.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item (if applicable).

Training & Events We are unable to offer refunds or store credit for purchased tickets or registrations. However, registrations may be transferred to another individual, provided the transfer request is submitted at least 7 days prior to the event. Window: 7 days prior to event, transfer only. Email Orders@thesparkinitiative.com to request a transfer as soon as possible.

Apparel Exchanges on apparel are accepted within 7 days of receipt and are eligible for exchange or store credit if unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Window: 7 days from delivery. Email Orders@thesparkinitiative.com with order number and item details. Review size guide before ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Full replacement or refund at no cost. Client is not required to return damaged items. Window: 7 days from delivery. Email Orders@thesparkinitiative.com with order number and photo of item.

Refund Processing Refunds issued to original payment method. SPARK is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers. Processed 5–7 business days after approval. No action required once return is received and approved.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of online programs, digital courses, and downloadable materials are final once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue, please contact us at Orders@thesparkinitiative.com and we will do our best to resolve it.

Can I exchange an apparel item?

Apparel items are eligible for exchange or store credit within 10 business days of delivery if unworn and unwashed with tags attached. We recommend reviewing the size guide carefully before ordering. We do not accept returns on apparel for size exchanges unless the item arrived defective.

How long do refunds take to process?
