In-Person/Virtual Insight to Wellbeing Implementation Training (Client Hosted)

Two days, your team, your location, we come to you! With this option, we bring the Insight to Wellbeing Program directly to your organization for a private, two-day training built entirely around your people. Choose in-person at your location or live over Zoom, either way your trainer brings everything needed to make it a great two days for your team!

This evidence-based program is designed for individuals working in systems of care: behavioral health, criminal justice, substance abuse recovery, foster care, and anti-human trafficking. The work centers on uncovering the natural resilience and innate mental health every person already has inside them.

Day one is for your team. Before they can guide this work with others, they have to feel it themselves. We break down the program's foundations: how feelings, experiences, and state of mind actually work and what it looks like to hit "reset" and change from the inside out. Most people leave day one seeing themselves, and the people they serve, a little differently than when they walked in.

Day two is implementation. Your team gets into the curriculum, runs the activities, teaches pieces back in small groups, and walks through the best strategies for bringing Insight to Wellbeing into the populations and systems you work with.

By the time we wrap, you'll have actually experienced the Insight to Wellbeing program.
