In-Person Train the Trainer Workshop (SPARK Hosted) - IWB

You've completed the Implementation Training, you've experienced the Insight to Wellbeing Program firsthand, now it's time to bring it back to your team. This one-day workshop, led by Brooke Wheeldon-Reece, President and CEO of The SPARK Initiative, and Ashley Hunt, Director of Partner Engagement and Success, equips you with everything you need to train your own staff to deliver the Insight to Wellbeing Program independently within your organization. Through hands-on practice, facilitation coaching, and direct feedback from the program's creators, you'll leave confident, certified, and ready to lead. Participants will earn 6 CEUs.

A few things to know: Train the Trainer is an optional paid add-on, not included in your Insight to Wellbeing license, and must be completed after or alongside the two-day Implementation Training. Certification covers internal staff training only and does not extend to external or public audiences.
