In-Person or Virtual Train the Trainer Workshop (Client Hosted) - SPARK

One day. Your team. Your location. We come to you. Your team has completed the Implementation Training, they've experienced the SPARK Mentoring Program firsthand, now it's time to empower them to bring it back to your organization. This one-day workshop is designed for organizations ready to train their own staff to deliver the SPARK Mentoring Program independently, hosted at your location or live over Zoom — whatever works best for your team. Led by Brooke Wheeldon-Reece, President and CEO of The SPARK Initiative, and Ashley Hunt, Director of Partner Engagement and Success, your team will spend a full day in a facilitation deep dive: best practices for leading the content, hands-on practice, coaching, and Q&A — leaving certified and fully equipped with everything they need to train their own staff from within. Participants will earn 6 CEUs.

A few things to know: Train the Trainer is an optional paid add-on, not included in your SPARK Mentoring license, and must be completed after or alongside the two-day Implementation Training. Many organizations choose to add it on as day three of their private training. Certification covers internal staff training only and does not extend to external or public audiences. We'll work with you to coordinate the date, format, and location that fit your schedule.
